WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

all orders will ship in 1-2 weeks via USPS. we are currently only offering US shipping for the time being, any additional shipping options will be announced on website and social media.

-by choosing an expedited shipping method at check out this does not mean your order will ship the next business day it means that once your order has processed, been packed & shipped the type of shipping you chose will be applied.

-we cannot guarantee delivery dates because UPS & USPS may have delays due to their own shortages / production / staffing etc. it is not the responsibility of You Sparkle. However knowing this, we will do our best to work with you if any issues occur but we are not responsible for lost packages.

- all orders are final sale
- if you have a bracelet sizing issue (at this time) we can offer a one time size exchange.
the customer is responsible for shipping the bracelet back to You Sparkle.
 
WHAT ARE THE BRACELETS MADE OF?
You Sparkle  bracelets are all made with 14K gold filled beads. Additional materials such as crystals, etc. are disclosed in the specific product description.
